5 min SUPER Creamy Carbonara Spaghetti
When COVID-19 pandemic hits, most of us are working from home. While it gives flexibility in terms of time and less commute to workplace, I believe most of us also experiencing difficulty in separating home and worklife. For me, the biggest challenge is to make sure kids doesn't feel they are less important and that's the reason we make it mandatory to spend quality time during weekend since our weekdays is already occupied with so many works.
So today, we cooked Carbonara Spaghetti! Kids love it and enjoyed it the most! Easy peasy recipe BUT I swear it tastes SUPER GOOD better than restaurant! LOL!
Ingredients:
1/2 packet spaghetti
1/2 cup of butter
Minced garlic
1 bottle of Prego Carbonara
1 box of 200ml whipping cream
Minced chicken
Grated parmesan cheese
Salt & Pepper
**add 1/2 cup of water if the sauce is too thick
